Prices are listed in CHF, EUR or USD and include applicable taxes. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payment methods.

3. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide using trusted carriers. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

5. Exchanges for Damaged or Lost Items

While we do not accept returns, we do offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Damaged upon arrival: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • Lost shipment: If your order is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping provider, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to assess the claim and may request the return of the damaged item before sending a replacement.

6. No Returns
As all our pieces are made to order or produced in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than damage or loss as outlined above.
